You report to:
Senior Project Manager
Core functions:
Project Management: To ensure the projects division meets and exceeds expectations, with particular emphasis on:
operational efficiency
preparing work schedules
ordering materials on a timely basis for each assigned project
executing assigned projects on time and to budget
ensure legislative and trade standards are met
ensuring all properties are constructed to the necessary HMO standards
health and safety standards are met
recruit and develop build teams
report project progress to senior project management
ensure the strategic objectives of the organisation are achieved

To participate in the development, and continual refinement of practical policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality of product and service
